Meet Dawn

Dawn began practicing yoga and meditation to relieve her migraines.

Before starting Self Reboot, Dawn worked at one of the premier commercial real estate consulting firms where their motto was “work hard and play hard.”  After years of chasing back-to-back deadlines at a New-York-minute pace, she was rewarded with severe chronic migraine headaches, not to mention insomnia. She visited at least 10 different specialists in a little over a year and not a single one was able to determine what was causing the painful migraines.

After being prescribed Immitrex, Topomax, Xanax, Zoloft and Ambien, Dawn went so far as to undergo surgery on her sinuses and teeth to try to cure the pain. The pain was so unbearable that she had thoughts of giving up and committing suicide but, instead, she found the power from within and committed her life to not only surviving, but thriving despite the debilitating pain.

Dawn ultimately healed herself by learning holistic techniques to relieve migraines through yoga, meditation, and acupuncture.  Turning her pain into passion, she created Self Reboot to teach others the tools to manage stress and avoid stress-related illness.
