SLOW FLOW & LET GO   A soothing yoga class focusing on breathing, basic postures and alignment. Ending with a guided mediation to leave you feeling calm, balanced and rejuvenated.

SWEAT & SURRENDER  Get ready to burn calories and sweat your stress away. This 30 min cardio workout combines fitness, kickboxing, Pilates and Yoga stretches.
