Founder and President of Self Reboot. Dawn is a former corporate burnout, who spent 15 years in a stressful work environment; causing chronic migraines, insomnia, depression and autoimmune disease. She ultimately healed herself by learning holistic techniques through acupuncture, and meditation. Turning her pain into passion, she was inspired to become a certified Yoga instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. Dawn has 12 years of teaching experience and has rebooted over a 150 companies.

A national speaker, educator, and certified positive psychology coach, has her Master’s degree in counseling and is an adjunct at Montclair State University in the Undergraduate Psychology Department.

Elisa is passionate about transforming the conversation surrounding food to increase your confidence in building a balanced plate with whole, plant based, minimally-processed foods. Jhon has designed and implemented international public health lectures and performs training and workshops on topics including diversity and inclusion, mental wellness, PTSD, stress management, yoga, meditation, and social injustice. Jhon earned a Masters in Health Education from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2005 with a focus on public health education. Jhon is also a certified yoga and meditation instructor has practiced throughout the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
YOMI MAJEKODUMNI-KARAADE, BA, RBT (IA), CPT
Yomi is an inclusive fitness instructor with over 20 years of teaching, behavioral management, person training, group fitness. She is a certified Zumba Strong and Zumba Plate instructor. Yomi founded Special Needs Fitness Magazine and runs Inclusive Fitness Programs for adults and children.
